What’s New at Hola
Hard to believe that summer is gone - although I'm not sure the cooler days are here to stay yet !!! We hope everyone had a great summer and want to extend a big "THANK-YOU" to all of our customers .... As we get deeper into September we will be focusing on more seasonal ingredients as Chef John and our kitchen team create more tasty specials for you ! Apples and pears will fill in for peaches and plums and when it does cool off expect some hearty braises and fall soups to keep you warm.... On Sunday November 1st - Hola will have a craft beer and wine tasting - details to come......Also on TUESDAY NOVEMBER !0 - Maryann will teach a small class at Hola that is limited to 10 people...... the focus of this class will on easy but interesting dishes for entertaining around the holidays !!!
